Training Walks PDF Print E-mail

Our training walks are designed to get you familiar with the trail and ensure you are aware of the physical elements of your event. It's a great opportunity to meet other Trailblazers and walks make for a good starting point for your training program before you tackle some longer distances. You can take on the trail at what ever speed suits you, a sweep team will be in place to ensure no one gets left behind.
